When purchasing tickets, you'll be presented with three options (below). Select the one you wish and follow the on-screen instructions.

Junior tickets are for ages 18 and under only.
Juniors 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Under 5s are free but will require a ticket for FL t20 matches – there is a £5 charge for allocated seating in either the Member’s Pavilion or the Herbalife South-West Stand.
For t20 matches, General Admission (public) tickets are not allocated seating. Public seating is only available at the north (Cromwell Road) end of the ground. The South West Stand tickets are ALL allocated seating.

Refund Policy
Paid tickets (not including Premier/Shark/Standard members) – in the event that a game is not complete (as per ECB match regulations – visit www.ecb.co.uk/ecb/rules for further information) or cancelled, there will be no refund.
Friends Life t20 MEMBERS Tickets:Paid tickets will be valid for, a future FL t20, LV= County Championship or YB40 game in 2013 subject to availability OR may be used to purchase food in the Members’ Pavilion during the 2013 season.
Friends Life t20 NON-MEMBER Tickets:
Paid tickets will be valid for a future FL t20, LV=County Championship or YB40 in 2013, subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE: You may not use the original ticket for entry for a future match. This ticket must be returned to the ticket office and a new ticket issued. For t20 fixtures, the replacement ticket issued will be ‘best available’.
