Refund Policy LV=CC and YB40
Paid Tickets (not including Shark/Premier Members):
In the event that a game is not completed as per ECB match regulations, or cancelled, there will be no refund.
Paid tickets will then be valid for;
Members: A future LV=CC or YB40 game in 2013 subject to availability, during the 2013 season.
Non- Members: Paid tickets will be valid for a future LV=CC or YB40 game in 2013, subject to availability.
Please Note: You can use the ticket on the gate for ground admittance. There is no need to exchange these tickets prior to the match.
Gates open at 9:30am for LV=CC Matches between April to August and open at 9:00am in September.
