The tie-up will focus on the promotion of the finest wines and food at the home of Sussex Cricket and the hosting of exclusive events within the ground, including a launch event on Thursday 24th October in the Museum at Hove.

Kevin Berry, Catering and Hospitality Manager at Sussex County Cricket Club, said, “I know I speak for all my colleagues at the club when I say that we are thrilled about this innovative new relationship with Louis Roederer and the opportunities it will create.

“The Louis Roederer name is known the world over and synonymous with the highest quality champagne, so to be able to align our corporate entertainment and events with a partner of this calibre and gravitas is exceptionally exciting for us and great news for all our guests.”

A number of exclusive events and packages, including weddings and VIP hospitality, have already been agreed between Sussex County Cricket Club and Louis Roederer, including the launch event on 24th October. Bookings are being taken now for this exclusive evening.

Charles Taverner, National Accounts Director for Louis Roederer, said, “We are delighted to partner with Sussex CCC and look forward to developing some interesting and exciting events and initiatives with this historic cricket club over the winter and into the 2014 season.

“This development is a natural progression for us at Louis Roederer, having been the official champagne of the Professional Cricketers Association for the last few years, and we really look forward to working together in the future.”

Alongside first class cricket at The County Ground, the venue regularly hosts weddings, private parties and fine dining.
