MATCH ABANDONED: Glamorgan vs Sussex at Swansea

Only six overs were bowled at a soggy St. Helen’s Ground at Swansea in Sussex's latest Royal London One-Day Cup clash with Glamorgan, before the rain came sweeping in from the Bristol Channel and there was no play after 10.50am.

Sussex won the toss and decided to bowl first, which proved a good decision as Glamorgan’s openers crawled to 9 for 0 after six overs. Will Bragg and Jacques Rudolph had to contend with an accurate spell from Alfonso Thomas and Chris Liddle, but the weather had the last word with the game called off at 4.00pm.

The next assignment for Sussex is in the LV=County Championship on Friday, when they begin their latest four-day match with Middlesex, at Lord's.
