REPORT: Rain shortened day at Edgbaston

Warwickshire closed on 175 for 3 on the opening day of Sussex's LV=County Championship clash at Edgbaston.
On a rain-affected day where only 65 overs were possible, Monty Panesar claimed the wickets of both openers (Varun Chopra for 26 and Will Porterfield for 43) before a dominant half-century from Ian Bell was brought to an end by Steve Magoffin.
