Head coach required for Brighton and Hove women

Brighton and Hove women require a head coach (UKCC level 2 or equivalent) for the 2010 season.

The Club has a thriving women's section with about 30 members, and runs two teams - one in the national Premier league and one in the Women’s Cricket Southern League Division 2.

The successful candidate would be required to plan and deliver weekly training sessions to develop all Club members to their full potential. Outdoor training runs from mid April to the beginning of September (currently on a Tuesday night) and the successful candidate would also need to be available on occasional Sundays to observe the teams’ matches.

This would allow the coaching plan to be adjusted to focus on Club members’ needs. Attendance at the Club’s winter nets would be a benefit but is not a requirement of the post.
