Outstanding Service to Cricket Awards now open for Volunteers

Closing Date 17th July - only a week to go!!

Each year Sussex Cricket reward those hardworking volunteers in clubs through the Sussex OSCAs (Outstanding Service to Cricket Awards). Clubs are invited to nominate their hard working volunteers for these awards, with all nominees expected to be invited to be Sussex Oscas on Friday 28th August. At the OSCAs, as well as the awards ceremoney, all guests will receive hospitality during the Sussex v Durham Natwest Pro40 game.

The winners of the Sussex Awards will be invited to the ECB OSCAs at Lords in October. In 2008 Sussex were well represented at this event with the late Dr John Dew receiveing the ECB Lifetime Achievement Award and David Bowden and Jim May were "Highly Commended" in their catergories.

We very much hope to have a large number of people nominated this year and have made the nomination process much simpler to reflect this. Form more information on the OSCAs click here and to download a nomination form click here. There is also an electronic version of the nomination form so that you can submit your nomination electronically to katie.sykes@sussexcricket.co.uk
