Sussex Cricket operate a no refunds policy. However, you may still be eligible to re-use your ticket as per the below conditions. Please check your ticket against the below criteria:
Specsavers Championship and Royal London One Day Cup:
Paid tickets – in the event that a game is not complete (as per ECB match regulations – visit http://www.ecb.co.uk/ecb/rules for further information) or cancelled, there will be no refund. Paid tickets will be valid for, a future Specsavers County Championship or Royal London One Day Cup game in 2016 subject to availability.
NatWest T20 Blast:
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: 9.5 overs or less of the headline match of the day because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Paid tickets will be valid for a future NatWest T20 Blast, Specsavers County Championship or Royal London On Day Cup game in 2016 subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE: You may not use the original ticket for entry for a future match. This ticket must be returned to the ticket office and a new ticket issued. For NatWest T20 Blast fixtures, the replacement ticket issued will be "best available".
Refunds will be paid by Cheque only, with a £2 administration fee deducted.
To claim your refund, please return your Match Ticket with a SAE to Membership Office Ticket Refund, The 1st Central County Ground, Eaton Road, Hove, BN3 3AN. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. If you have any queries please phone 0844 264 0206.
ADMISSION TO THE GROUND IS SUBJECT TO THE GROUNDS REGULATIONS
All spectators should be aware that the balls may enter any part of the arena at any time and should therefore remain vigilant whilst in the ground.
