As with each year here at Sussex CCC we are looking to provide a greater dimension of coaching for players. The emphasis is on development both during the course and after there completion, with players receiving feedback and notes to both explain and re-emphasise techniques looked at on the Courses.
The courses will be broken down into age bands and into Group Coaching for the younger ages and Technique Development for the older ages. In the Group sessions players will learn a range of specific skills to help them develop in all areas, in a relaxed game based environment.
The Technical Development will be run between specific net work to open hall drills, enabling us to provide players with the best service.
During the first session coaches will assess all players. From this players will be grouped together based on ability and physical attributes.
With the above in mind it is very important that the pdf Application Form is filled in accurately and fully with regard to a player's ability. If it is not filled in as accurately as possible then players will not receive the best from the sessions.
