World Host Customer Service Accreditation Our organisation truly values every customer and visitor experience. We are committed to delivering our outcomes and meeting the needs and expectations of our partners and colleague. In 2013, in partnership with WorldHost (trainers of the 2012 Olympic Games Makers), our organisation rolled out a ‘Principles of Customer Service’ course to our employees under the provision of in house tutors who are also employees of our organisation.
Now, over 75% of our workforce has undergone Customer Service training and we are now accredited as a WorldHost ‘Centre of Excellence’. We are more committed than ever to delivering excellent and consistent customer service throughout our organisation
