THE 1st CENTRAL COUNTY GROUND, HOVE
The 1st Central County Ground
Main entrance (Eaton Road): No. 21 & 21A to and from Brighton Marina & Goldstone Valley
North-east entrance (Cromwell Road): No. 7 to and from George Street, Hove & Brighton Marina

Hove station is served by trains to and from Brighton, Littlehampton, London Victoria, Portsmouth Harbour, Southhampton Central. The station is a ten minute walk from the ground [link to google maps walking directions]. The No. 7 bus runs to the ground from outside the station, where there is also a taxi rank.
From the M23/A23 - Approach the A27 following the signs for A27 Worthing – Lewes – Newhaven stay in left hand lane signed Worthing A27 take this slip road and stay in left hand lane of the A27 . Continue west - signed A27 Worthing/Hove and exit at the first slip road singed A2038 Hove/Devils Dyke. From the roundabout at the end of the slip road follow the brown tourist information signs to 'County Cricket Ground'.
From the A27 West - Take the slip road signed A 2038 Hove/Devils Dyke. At the mini roundabout at the end of the slip road turn right and continue over the A27 and from the large roundabout follow the brown tourist information signs to 'County Cricket Ground’.
From the A27 East - After going over the A23 flyover following the sign A27 Worthing/Hove. Take the first slip road singed A2038 Hove/Devils Dyke. From the roundabout at the end of the slip road follow the brown tourist information signs to 'County Cricket Ground'.
From Worthing/Shoreham on the A259 - Follow the brown tourist information signs from the A259 to 'Sussex County Cricket Ground' and then at the A259/Grand Avenue junction.
From the A259 East - Follow the brown tourist information signs to 'Sussex County Cricket Ground' the first being just east of the aquarium roundabout in Brighton and then on the A259/Grand Avenue junction.
Car Parking on Match days
Only Sussex Members and those with Disabled Parking permits may park within the Ground on match days and both are on a strictly first come, first served basis as space is very limited. There is a daily fee of £5. If there is space for non-members, the charge is £10 per day. There is no public vehicle access to the ground before 10.00am.
Please note there is no parking at T20 matches.
A public car park is available on most days. Full information on tariffs and time restrictions is on display at the ground.
Temporary parking permits for those attending meetings at The 1st Central County Ground or using the Aerotron Indoor School are available from reception.

The Saffrons, Eastbourne
Compton Place Rd
The nearest bus stop is Saffrons Park. This is served by the No. 3A bus to and from Eastbourne town centre and station.
Eastbourne station is served by trains to and from Brighton, London Victoria, Ashford International and Ore. The station is approximately 15 minutes walk from The Saffrons [link to google walking directions.
Enter Eastbourne having followed signs for the railway station. From the railway station mini-roundabout, turn right into Grove Road, and then carry on past the police station and town hall. Soon after passing the Caffyns car showroom, you will arrive at a junction. Go straight over before taking the first right into Compton Place Road. The entrance to The Saffrons car park will be on your right after approximately 100 metres.
Blackstone Academy Ground
The Blackstone Academy Ground, sponsored by Hurstpierpoint College
Blackstone Lane: No. 17 to and from Brighton & Horsham, No. 100 (Monday-Saturday) to and from Burgess Hill & Pulborough.
From the South: Take the A23 North and leave at the exit signposted Henfield (A281). At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto West Rd/A281 before taking the 3rd exit at the next roundabout, remaining on the A281. Take a sharp right onto Blackstone Lane and the ground will be on your right after less than half a mile.
From the North: Travelling on the A23 South, exit onto Mill Ln/B2118 signposted Hurstpierpoint/Albourne/Henfield/B2116. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Reed's Lane and after about a mile, turn left onto Twineham Lane. Keep right at the fork and turn right onto Henfield Rd/B2116. Take the second left onto Blackstone Lane, follow the road through Blackstone village onto Blackstone Street by turning right, and a left back onto Blackstone Lane. The ground will be around three quarters of a mile on your left.
